What are the relevant fall 2018 financial advisor perspectives? For our client Eaton Vance, we asked over 600 financial advisors about the real-world challenges facing their clients, businesses and the markets right now.
Key insights include the following:
- Generating income for clients is now the top concern of financial advisors, up 24% from Q2 2018.
- Responsible Investing has become a greater focus for financial advisors. Nearly eight out of 10 (79%) incorporate Responsible Investing into their practices. Of those, 44% said it is an important part of their practices, up from 31% in Q2 2018. Thirty-five percent reported increased interest from clients and 60% said Responsible Investing is an ongoing topic of discussion.
