Partner Anne Aldrich, in collaboration with Artemis’ business partner Kimberly Gartner and David Hill from NetSpend, spoke at the 2017 Card Forum in Austin. Their presentation “Navigating the Financial Services Landscape: Using Information on How Americans Make Decisions to Inform Product Innovation” focused on the results of Artemis’ recent MAP research—and its applications.
Anne also spoke at the University of Maryland Personal Finance Seminar for Professionals. Her talk “What makes your clients tick” included lessons learned from America Saves.
PNC Releases Spring 2017 Economic Outlook Results
Artemis client PNC has been doing a biannual survey of small- and medium-sized business owners for 15 years. In the survey that we conducted for them this spring, we found that “Business owners are more optimistic about the U.S. economy and their own businesses than they have ever been” in those 15 years of research. Another Artemis client, Fidelity Charitable, has released insights about the impact of gender and generation on philanthropy. Their digital report includes guides to better giving for Millenial and Baby Boomer women, a beautiful infographic comparing the generations’ giving behaviors, case studies, and a PDF of the entire report.
Eaton Vance Announces Results of Quarterly ATOMIX Survey
We’ve been working with Eaton Vance to conduct their Advisor Top-of-Mind Index (ATOMIX) survey since 2013. They just released their results for Q2 2017, finding that, among other things, financial advisors are increasingly focused on generating income.
